Phil Steele an SEC Homer?

I am in this Clemson/Carolina trash talk page on facebook and this dumb coot post all this SEC crap and linked to this article using Phil Steele's power numbers. I did not buy the magazine but I thought I heard Steele pick us as one of the possible playoff teams but the numbers this guy uses don't make sense. Do these match up with Phil Steele's numbers or is this coot making it up?

They are the worst. He keeps saying that these are Phil Steele's numbers and I swore I saw an article where Steele picked us as a potential playoff team. I wasn't sure who had the actual magazine.

I was there for The Catch 1 and 2. I watched us upset the defending champs and their All-World RB in 1981. I was on Bowman Field in protest with thousands of other students when Danny got fired.
