Something You Sunshine Pumpers don't understand

For some of us, losing is not in our DNA. It goes against the very fiber of our being. Not a hyperbole; look it up. Flame away.

Dabo's leaving us with no other choice. He's got half the fanbase convinced this game don't matter as much as it used to, and the other half in a spiral of silence for fear of retribution for expressing their concern over record-setting losses.

turned it over 6 times. you can count on one hand the teams that have turned it over that many times and still won,and i mean in this entire season.

Something you don't understand. Losing 5 in a row ,all by double digits is losing, and DNA has nothing to do with it!

seasons as long as the Coots were beaten. Need to check the record before you complain. Losing 5 times in row to the Rival is never a happy thing, and I'd hasten to guess that Dabo has now gotten himself in a position where the next rivalry loss could cost him. While I hate losing to the white trash Coots as much as anyone else, I keep thinking about dumpster fires like Florida(someone else mentioned it)and the likes of Tn, bottom feeders on their 3rd HC since we hired Dabo. Compare Tn to Clemson the last 5 years.

Comfortable with losing and don't understand why some off us can't be. Yeah losses are inevitable, but ones ability to deal with it is different.

Sorry, I am not feeling the Sunshine today!
Hear is an idea, Daboo owes us $500,000.00 for each year he loses to Carolina! Now that's payback!
Sorry I don't care about 10 wins or 11 wins or a big bowl.
For some of us, our bowl game is the Carolina game each year! Right now our State Bowl record is 0-5.
When will this STOP!

No one wins all the time. Winners learn from losing. Dabo continues to make adjustments and the Tigers continue to get better. My question for you is "Who can Clemson get who will do better than Dabo?"
It is easy to complain. I do not hear solutions from you.

Keeps making adjustments? 5 in a row. Maybe after 20 years he will make enough adjustments to get a win.

I an not advocating for any coaching change. I am simply stating that I don't get people who can abide in losing. It reminds me too much of how the gamecock fans used to be. Wait till next year bs.

Since when were the C0cks winning 10 games a year ?
Dec 1, 2013, 1:23 PM
|

They were a bottom feeder in the conference back then and we were usually beating those chitty USuC teams to get 5,6,7 or 8 wins a season. NO ONE is celebrating losing, but a little perspective shows that Clemson has moved into an era where 10 wins will be the new norm while hoping to improve with recruiting, performance and coaching to win those other 2. A FAR BETTER PLACE than where we lingered during the 20 years of not mattering.

I am only referring to the Clem SC game. I just don't think they are the world beaters you think they are. They are a decent to good team. I know we are better than what we saw last night.
