Satan can't be bound in the pit and unable to deceive while simultaneously (a) walking around like a lion, (b) dwelling at Pergamos, (c) casting Smyrna into prison, (d) deceiving part of Thyatira, & (e) blinding the minds of those who refuse to believe. Post millenialism also fails miserably to reconcile the fact that martyrs are part of the ruling class during the millenium & that mystery Babylon has their blood on her hands. We've had martyrs and mystery babylon for 2,000+ years & counting which means we have not been in a millenium yet.

When you get down to the root of the matter, post millenialism actually "runs interference" for Rome and the multitude of her atrocities throughout the centuries by pretending that all the blood she has spilled has somehow occurred during a millenial golden age. So therefore, postmillenialism's logical conclusion would be that mama Rome was simply ruling with a rod of iron, not murdering the true saints for standing up to her apostasy. And preterism/70 ADeism is laughably bad doctrine for a myriad of reasons but I'll only list some of them.

The man in Daniel 9:27 is the same man in Daniel 11:31, and he is called vile. The Bible would never call Jesus vile. The man in Daniel 11:21-45 dies in verse 28 (return to his own land) and resurrects (At the time appointed he shall return) in verse 29. In the KJB, "his own land" and similar language (his own place, his own house, etc) is used to describe death & the grave. We see this in Isaiah 13:14-15. Those who are thrust through and fall by the sword flee into their own land. And here we know it isn't referring to them escaping to their home lands because all those folks who come to fight the Lord on that day won't have a chance to go back to their home countries. We see it again in Isaiah 14:18-20; the kings lie in glory in burial in their own houses. We see it again in Acts 1:25 where we are told Judas fell and went to his own place.

We see it again in Jeremiah 50:16...cut off...his own land. We see it again in Judges 8:28-32...Jerubbaal (Gideon) dwells in his own house after 40 years of ruling in peace...dies & put in a sepulchre. We see it again in 1 Samuel 25:1...Samuel dies & is buried in his own house. We see it again in 1 Kings 2:33-34...slew him...his own house. Again in 2 Kings 21:18-20...buried in his own house. Job 30:23...death...the house."His own land" (singularity) stands in contrast to the KJB's use of "land of the living" (plurality).

This man in Daniel 9:27 & Daniel 11:21-45's death & resurrection is actually foretold all throughout the Book. We see it hinted at in Genesis 3:15's bruised head reference to the serpent's seed. Just cross reference that with Revelation 13:3 & Zechariah 11:17 if you doubt me. And the serpent's seed is actually the serpent himself because in Genesis 3:15 God says the seed of the woman bruises THY head, not thy seeds head. This makes even more sense when you consider what Romans 16:20 says...bruise satan...not his seed...he is his seed. This also makes sense when you consider Satan wants to be like God (Isaiah 14:14) & he changed himself into an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14).

He did that to copy God. The OT preincarnate Christ is The Angel of the Lord (Isaiah 63:9). We also determine this thru several cross references like: Exodus 23:20-21》John 5:43》John 10:25 & Genesis 32:29》Judges 13:17-18》Revelation 19:12 & Exodus 3:1-5》Joshua 5:13-15》Revelation 19:14 & Acts 27:23》Romans 1:1》Galatians 4:14. The Angel of the Lord was the form that God chose to manifest as prior to His incarnation (Jesus). So satan copied this by transforming himself into an angel of light (Isaiah 14:12's Lucifer). The Word became flesh & dwelt among us. Satan will copy this. The beast is Lucifer incarnate. Jesus died, was buried, and rose again 3 days later in a glorified body.

The beast will copy this, except he will rise up in an abominably damaged body (Isaiah 14:19》Zechariah 11:17) Jesus came in as a lamb and returns a lion. The beast comes in peaceably & with flatteries (Daniel 11:21-24) and thru peace destroys many (Daniel 8:25). But after he dies and resurrects as king 8 who is of the 7, the gloves come off and he is a mark enforcing, genocidal maniac. We see his death & resurrection alluded to in Isaiah 10:12's "fruit" reference about the Assyrian. Fruit = death & resurrection as we see in John 12:24.

We see his death in Isaiah 14:11 (brought down to the grave) & his resurrection in Isaiah 14:19 (cast out of thy grave). We see it again in Isaiah 14:29. The cockatrice (king 7/beast) dies & resurrects (fruit reference》John 12:24) as the fiery flying serpent; king 8 (false prophet) who is of the 7. The 8th king is of the 7. The only way that math will work is if 2 kings share a body. Beast, false prophet, dragon all in one body trying to copy Jesus; Father, Son & Holy Spirit bodily. If the false prophet (king 8) had a separate body from the first beast (king 7) then the beast in early Revelation 13 would have grown an 8th head after one of it's 7 heads (kings) was wounded to death. But that doesn't happen; the wounded head is "healed". King 7 (first beast) & King 8 (False Prophet) share a body. And the dragon is his voice.

We see his death alluded to as a "spoiler" in Daniel 11:22 (prince of the covenant broken》covenant》Daniel 9:27). As I stated above he dies in Daniel 11:28 & resurrects in verse 29. We see his resurrection foretold in Zechariah 11:16's "raise up" reference. Here, it's actually double meaning; he is raised up to rule, but then raised up from the grave midweek after his death. We see his death & resurrection in Rev 13:3, and then again in verse 10 (death) & 11 (resurrection). The 7th king dies by the sword in verse 10 and goes into captivity (grave). Then in verse 11 we see him resurrecting up out of the ground as king 8; the fiery flying serpent from Isaiah 14:29. He has the voice of the dragon (same as serpent) and calls down fire from heaven (Revelation 13:11-14). We see it again in Rev 17:8, 10-11 as well. (Was, is not, and yet is....it's talking about him being alive, then dead, then resurrected).

In Isaiah 10:12-15 God tells us that His whole work on Jerusalem (70 weeks are determined upon thy holy city....Daniel 9:24) culminates in punishment of the Assyrian, not the crucifixtion and not the destruction of a temple. This culmination deals with punishing the Assyrian NOT punishing the Roman (Titus). And we know that the Assyrian here is a typological future reference because God was not done with His whole work on Jerusalem (70 weeks) when Sennacharib died. Titus did not die until 81 AD. This puts his "punishment" well outside the time frame to fulfill Isaiah 10:12's link to God's whole work (70 weeks). And Titus was hailed as a hero immediately after 70 AD and became emperor in 79 AD. So to try & claim this era as punishment for him is ridiculous.

Titus never died & resurrected and continued to rule from Jerusalem for 42 months afterwards like the vile person in Daniel 11:21-45 does. Titus refused the wreath of victory after conquering the Jews. This laurel leaf wreath is the same kind of "crown" (stephanos) that the first horseman in Revelation 6 is given and does not refuse. Titus
credited God for using him to execute wrath on the Jews. But the man in Daniel 11:21-45 exalts
himself above all that is called God. Titus began a love affair with Berenice during the Jewish wars but the man in Daniel 11:21-45 is said to not regard the desire of women.

Flavius Josephus has the death toll of the 70 AD siege pegged around a million Jews but modern historians refute this and claim the number is half that. Either way, neither number compares to what Hitler did. And when we compare this to what Jesus said about the tribulation being like no other time in history, it becomes pretty obvious that 70 AD did not fulfill this.

Plus there is the fact that the Word of God would not tell Jacob (Genesis 32:29) his name. A name
that He later said was secret when talking to Manaoh (Judges 13:17-18). And when He returns
at Armageddon He still has a name that no man knows (Revelation 19:12) and He will write this name upon us when He returns (Revelation 3:12). And here we sit, 1,954 years after 70 AD, and not 1 single preterist can tell you what this new name is and not 1 single preterist calls Him by anything other than the names that mankind already knows Him by.
