Am I the only one who has just about had it with IPTAY? I bought a couple of baseball tickets online yesterday for someone else. The only choices on the website were by mail or will call. Since I live 2 miles away I thought I'd save them the postage and pick them up. The guy at the desk first told me that they're "not ready" so when I asked when they'd be ready and gave him the look, he went to the back and brought back my tickets. I feel like I'm being lied to and swindled every time I go through IPTAY for anything.

Well I'm not going to go into what I went through with football tickets last year, but I don't understand why the guy had to lie. If he had said let me make sure we haven't mailed them, that would have been fine. I don't blame him though, he's a kid, but that's the attitude in that office. If you don't want people to come by and pick up tickets, then don't call it a ticket office.

The ticket office is run by CUAD a not IPTAY. They share a building but aren't the same thing. Heck CU police also share the same building.

Again IPTAY doesn't sell tickets CUAD does. If you bought them online then you likely bought them from clemsontigers.com which is CUAD's website. Even if you started on IPTAY's site ticket purchases are routed to the CUAD site. Your beef should be with the ticket office not IPTAY but do what you want to do.
