Question for B Meist and/or Crump - ticket and parking pass sales

I have seen a whole lot of new postings for season tickets and parking passes in the last week or so from several people who have very recent membership dates. These tickets and passes are all being advertised below the normal going rate and all of the postings have very similar wording/spelling. Has anyone looked into the legitimacy of these? I sent one a T-mail and got a response that they were new at this and asked me to send an email which I did not do. TIA

what is odd is that we dont know where our parking will be. That is really not confirmed until you get your parking pass near first half of august

Looks like it to me. I have been using the ticket exchange for years and these just smell rotten. Just a bunch of them all of a sudden.

I have bought and sold tickets through this site for years and never had problems. That includes season tickets as well. However, you gotta be careful. If someone is selling and is new —- never buy. Get info and check it. Have a conversation don’t just trade texts. Much easier when you sell … money in — tickets out.

I talked to the ticket office yesterday … my parking is going to be the same and so are my tickets so theoretically I already know where I’m going to be if I needed to list something.

I have also bought a lot of tickets and parking through the site with no problems. I follow the same process you described. That is why these very low priced postings from brand new members who refuse to communicate using any method other than email raised red flags for me. I made one inquiry on a parking spot because it is in the lot we are interested in but I won’t deal with them after the way they responded. I am just asking if the mods can either vet these folks or remove them if they are scamming.

these guys are getting smarter so it's harder to block them from registering. We will be overhauling the whole system this summer, but in the meantime please be careful.
