Question regarding tailgating at The Varsity for GT game

I have never tailgated at The Varsity but I know many on here have. Can anyone provide details as to how to tailgate at The Varsity? Is it first come first serve? Do you have to reserve a space in advance? Any help is much appreciated.

When we went back in 09 we just showed up and paid a man. Had a dang good time too.
