I was working from home after lunch last Wednesday and went to get the mail at the same time my pool guys pulled up...this time it was a 22-24 year old Indian guy with a Clemson Engineering sticker on his truck and a Hispanic guy. Haven't seen them come since last fall but that time it was 2 guys who seemes to be fresh from across the border.

Hey, at least he's employed.

That's cool. You ask him if he's working through college? Right now the average start for a Chemical Engineer is $67k, but Clemson grads have gotten 5-10% more than average for the last 30 years.

That is, unless they go to oil. Exxon in particular likes Clemson grads and the start there now is around $85k.
