The hall of fame clemson db from 1977-80. I told him we could of really used him Saturday night, he looked at me, smiled and "I know"

Yeah I didn't know this but someone told me he intercepted 2 passes against usuc and had 17 tackles in that game

I was at that one to see the first addition of the orange britches and watch him and the rest of the team deny Heisman George the endzone! The int's were huge momentum swingers though.

I went and couldn't get in it was sold out not a ticket in sight. But I did get a piece of fried chicken toss to me from one of the trucks going to feed the team. I guess that's where they were going LOL

I used to play softball with Willie on a team that we traveled with...... he was not only an incredible football player, but just a great athlete as well. He could cover some ground in the outfield and had an amazing arm.

OH, he could crush a softball..... but those Carolina games were unbelievable!! He single handedly beat Carolina in one game....
