So if Gunn can’t kick field goals how can Dabo justify keeping him on scholarship?

I don’t think so. Gunn was offered out of high school. So he’s got a scholly until he leaves.

BT Potter was nothing special his first 2 years

BT Potter redshirted as a true FR in 2018.

He was a mediocre 13 for 21 on FGs during 2019 season.

The light didn’t come on for BT Potter until his third year with us (2020 season).

He was brilliant as FG kicker in 2020 and 2021, and we got the extra COVID year from him for 2022 season.

(*). Don’t be so quick to discount what Robert Gunn may turn out to be for us in 2024, 2025, and 2026.
