Serious question about Brownell

If he is as good as many on here would have us to believe, why has he not left for another job with better facilities and a budget? I mean surely if he has done so well with us, everyone would be on notice of his abilities? Is it because he gets paid too much and people laugh at what we spend for mediocrity? The last one is my feeling, but who knows.

Oh my Lord, Brownell is our coach for another year so just deal with it and pull for our baseball and softball teams now..
