You're not wrong that we now need other teams to lose for us to get into playing another top-ranked team in the playoff, but WINNING OUT definitely won't hurt.

Another loss, particularly with this year's schedule, would be a deathstroke. But the future is BRIGHT, I promise, just probably not ours to win this year.

We aren't going to win out.

Sorry, we just aren't. I saw too many issues there with the O and way too many of them had no immediate solutions.

Our offense is real bad right now.

Completely disagree. We will win out with ease. However, I agree that we no longer control our own destiny as regards the Playoffs. Yet I think there is a good chance OSU will lose to the mighty ducky this Saturday. That will certainly help our cause. Yet in my humble opinion, Alabama will win the National Championship this year. They looked unbeatable against Miami. Time will tell. But in the meantime, I will give you every opponent Clemson will play the rest of the regular season and give you 7 points. You set the dollar figure. Go Tigers.

Not based on what I saw Saturday night.

But hope springs eternal.

If we somehow win out and make the playoffs, I don’t see us competing with the top 2-3 teams.
