Are we prepared for the reality that SCAR may play for a NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP in football this year?

Let's see them get by LSU, UT, Florida, Clemson, and Bama if they make the SECCG.
If they make it through all of those games, I will say more power to them, but I don't see that happening.

all that speed is great until you get punched in the mouth and thrown on the ground a few times. Then you start playing scared, and make mistakes. Not saying Bama or SC would for sure beat the Ducks, but there's something to be said for tough physical football.

Are all very physical teams.
And Oregon is tremendously physical themselves. They do to teams exactly what you describe: punch them in the mouths. They just happen to do it every 15 seconds on offense.
I'm pretty sure they aren't scared of anyone, not even big bad uber-physical Alabama.

I don't need to tell you how we ended up. Long season, we're only halfway thru this one. I also remember this time last year feeling like we'd kick the ##### to the curb in late Novermber, but we know what happened in that one....
