called both. Anyhoo, it's a sophomoric game where you make an ok sign with your hand and put it somewhere near your crotch, if a buddy looks at it, you get to punch them in the arm. Hot summer days, when you can combine a side short sack stretch with the ok sign...thats like a double. lulz

in the commercials, thye use cumb. it don't be like that in real life though because the FDA don't allow cumb (cold or warm) in pizza.
