Once you have hundreds of dollars in apps and every member of your house on iOS, it's mentally difficult to stray. It's almost like they planned it that way or something.

They get proprietary with the autofocus systems, so you might lose that feature, but it'll still manually focus and take pics.
(Note, I stopped playing around with the hobby 5-6 years ago, so could have changed, but this was the case up till then)

I got out around the time that HD video because a big feature of DSLR's, so that could have required some more proprietary changes. I dunno.

about, I've had no issues. Ran it on a 6s plus and now on an 8 plus. The camera on this thing is pretty awesome.
