I recommend going into your router's settings and changing the priority of your Roku. It may be the QoS (quality of service) setting that needs adjustment since video is sent as isochronous (i.e late packets are dropped).

I am having the same problem and I have Spectrum internet also It happened last night but eventually it looked normal
