I have no doubt but whichever school changes their vote...that president needs to be publicly drawn and quartered.

You have to realize the ACC has a number of very highly ranked academic institutions and Cal, SMU and Stanford would be perfect additions. Adding the schools would create an expensive travel situation which might keep the additions from happening. The conference missed the boat by not trying to add schools from the Big12 like Baylor, Kansas, Oklahoma State and TCU but maybe they were asked and said no thanks.

but who's gonna flip? UNC and NCSU are both governed by the same Board of Governors, so it's unlikely that they'll vote differently from each other.

Yessir. And if you do, why not invite the other 2 power 5 schools in the northwest that are about to be relegated to the MWC ??

Power 5 schools = esecpn having to fork over more cash.
