The Myth regarding strength of Syracuse offense

The fighting Tony Elliot’s defense held Syracuse to 22 points. NC State defense held them to 24 points. Our defense is certainly better then either of those defenses. If Tigers hold Syracuse to these numbers, I predict DJ, Shipley, and our offense will score their season average and give us a victory!

Well considered. The Tiger defense is going to be on fire in DV Saturday. Syracuse hasn’t seen anything close to what will be attacking their offense.

I'm not the least bit concerned about losing to Cuse...

Clemson is the better team and if the team simply plays like it did against NCSU and FSU, Clemson wins by at least two TD's.

Not sure how it is possible but did you realize Syracuse has only played one away game this year and that was at UCONN. So I am a little unsure of how well this CUSE team will handle the Valley this Saturday.

Our offense is mediocre at best. Shrader's arm is jelly, but he is a great runner. and sean tucker is the best RB in the ACC. But your defense will definitely keep us in check, I agree
Our defense however is elite. Second only to Clemson in the league. I see a 20-10 type Clemson win.

Are you drunk? Nothing about Syracuse football is elite. Clemson drops 40 on them before Cade enters to finish the job.

You're letting many years of your perception of our brand cloud your judgment in 2022. Actually I feel a little sorry for you. The good news for you is Dabo understands it and thats why I see a 20-10 clemson win.

If you don't think Clemson will negate the Cuse defensive front speed, you're sadly mistaken. Once that occurs and they have to play straight up, the 300+ lb big uglies from Clemson will destroy those "toothpicks" up front on the Cuse DL. Don't be surprised if there are many 12 (1 RB and 2 TEs) packages during the game. Clemson TEs are the same size as the Cuse DL.

You very well may be right. As a matter of fact, you will most likely be right. But here's a fun little item. You wrote this same post WORD FOR WORD in 2017. Thats what makes this so much fun.

You can think what you want but I dont think i wpuld write that in 2017 because I 2as just getting my feet wet here. However, I didn't check the archives which I doubt you did either. Bring your money to Clemson and watch the beatdown.

A Syracuse QB spouting off his mouth, a Clemson defense that was called out for missed tackles and playing to the scoreboard, and a players only defensive meeting to get things right, can only spell disaster for the Cuse.
