The issue with any potential investor led group is the contract! If FSU can't be trusted with a contract within a group of partners then how will they do with the next group...and if you are dealing with players who switch schools like girlfriends...and a parent organization with no teeth or dentures (NCAA) then you have no real equity...FSU can't even control rape & crablegs and you are going to trust them with your money...FSU acted even more stupidly than TAMU are are now forever tied to their mistake...how many investors are itching to invest in 19 year Olds who can't keep any promise or act even remotely like adults...might as well trade options on daycare!
