If you cant drive them! 4 and 5 star players need 5 star coaching! The best of the best recruits are gonna stop coming like they were because which elite player wants their NFL stock to suffer under bad coaching?!

Hit the nail on the head. If you cannot develop players you will not win.

How the majority here cannot see player development is FLOUNDERING is beyond me.

Agree on receivers and add running backs to that. If we cannot scare a defense with speed, we better get better on the line to run the ball.

Outside of last years WR class...we have missed badly on most targets since 2019 due to SELF-INFLICTED" errors. Not offering earlier, being stubborn on numbers while walk-ons (more than normal) get put on scholly, not offering at all and taking projects, etc... The 85 number, already a low number, is more problematic when you have a couple injuries and players transferring out more regularly. We really play the recruiting game with one hand tied behind our back....at times.

All comes back to ROSTER MANAGEMENT. The good thing, is this can be fixed. A good sign, is Dabo started allowing Summer OV and that paid off. Now he needs to make the other needed minor changes which will get us into the modern era. The best CEOs evolve..

We could have all 5 stars on offense and they will play like 2 stars with our offensive staff.
