I hope to put it up for sale by the end of the year. It is about 15 minutes from Clemson and the Clemson bus stops here. It is perfect for students.

Yes, rarely used tennis court, gym, and a nice pool. There are boat slips and a pier.
It is a good place, but I just want to go home.
