I've done pretty good to ignore the Andrew Tate's of the world. I've heard some of his BS, and while its not all nonsense, most of it is. The subservience stuff I don't get. That sounds like some religious leanings or something. But isn't he being held overseas for human trafficking or something? That's all one would realistically need to know about the guy to pretty much ignore anything he says.

I guess if there is one Andrew Tate, there are a dozen more just like him all trying to glom on to the same stuff he spews.

And I'm not saying that young men are innocent of anything, because seemingly there are a lot of dudes who are letting women think they are deserving of everything they crazily think they are, probably just to get laid. I don't how that all works when the rubber hits the road. I mean how does a 19 year old guy work at a hardware store or the local phone company and even pretend he makes 6 figures? And how does any young woman come to think that's what she is "entitled" to be treated to? Neither one bring anything of any real value to the table--it's a game of who is fooling who?

I guess I'm lucky that I've aged past all that stuff. But I can objectively look at it and think "what a ########" that must be.

I'll never forget, well a lot of cases, but one sticks out above the rest. Horrible accident. Guy died. I meet with the widow at her attorney's office. She's sobbing and wailing, literally, uncontrollably. Lawyer and I cut eyes at each other and we both are like statues in the room. We're passing her tissues, as we get through what we have to do. ROUGH interview. The kind that really zaps you emotionally. But we were professional, her attorney and I both.

I leave the lawyers office drained and shaken. Such a horrible accident, and her testimony was heartbreaking. Ate some lunch and drive 30 minutes to his house (her house). I have a job to do and I'm going to do it the same way no matter the emotion, always have. Anyway, there's this sweet old lady and her husband (70's) pulling weeds in their front yard. Neighbors of the deceased. I introduced myself and stated the purpose of my presence. They understood. The wife and husband exchange odd looks, then the old lady pulls me aside. She points to a house up the street, maybe 6 houses up the road. She points to a red truck and tells me that's the best friend of the deceased truck, and that's his house. I had also spoken with the "best friend" too. She then pointed out the car behind that truck in the driveway. That was the widow's car.

DAY AFTER the guy died, wife moved in with the guy's best friend who lived a block up the road. She's been there ever since. It was common knowledge among the neighbors they had been having an affair for at least 2 years. And this poor widow who was sobbing in the lawyers office 30 minutes earlier, had already returned "home" to her husband's best friend.

FFWD a few months. She still got everything.

Flip side, another case in BFE Williamsburg County, I think. Guy died. Sat down with his wife. Sweet old country lady well into her 70's. She explains that their marriage happened when she was 16yo. Been married 50 years. Never separated. Never divorced. Now guy has 11 kids. 2 with the wife, and 9 with 6 other women. Wife knew all the kids, and their mothers. She stayed with him all these years, despite the "outside children". Week or so later I'm driving back to meet with her. As I get close I come up on a brand new cherry red Corvette convertible driving oddly..... slowly. Probably an $80K car at the time and a turd in a punchbowl in BFE, Williamsburg County. As I'm following it it keeps turning the same turns I need to make. Finally it gets to the dirt road the deceased lived on. And it pulls up to the rundown trailer where I previously spoke with the wife. I stopped up the road and out steps the sweet old lady from her brand new (sticker still on the window) Corvette.

In this case, she got the last laugh.

One day I'll write a book.

Anyway, what I've come to realize is women love security. They FALL in love with security. When that security appears to decrease or disappears, they will look for other avenues and options to make sure they ramin secure. And the marriage where a woman creates or has her own security (a successful career), that marriage has a guy who is screwed. Men don't think this way, and don't love this way. Men love based on looks, personality, and emotional connection (fake or real, doesn't matter). Women fall in love with the potential security, or known security, a man can provide. And the vast majority of divorces are filed by women, and the vast majority of those are women who have an escape plan already in play (affair), and/or the guy lost a job or had some other hardship or physical ailment impacting his income and her security.

Also, many accidents happen to men within a week or two of a breakup. It's almost freaky how often you learn that a man dies in an accident and two weeks before the accident they caught their wife with another man, or she walked out, or whatever. It's not every accident, but that scenario is WAY more common than people realize, or ever know.
