Boatloads of Aggies live here in Houston. They are good people regardless if their school has a lot of unique traditions that don't work outside of College Station.

I'll say Aggies are unlike any other fanbase. And some people mock the yell leaders because not all people have fully developed frontal lobes.
But that 12th man thing's for real.
It about got the best of Clemson a few years back. Loudest game Ive ever been outside of CU/Miami triple overtime.
Elko's stepped into a Rolls Royce. And I suspect he knows how to drive it.

Typically, when we gather annually at our family's base along the gulf coast (the Palacios and Blessing area,) both camps fly gigantic flags of both schools. For the past few years, especially after our second title in January 2017, most of the talk has been about Clemson, I'm proud to say. Still was even this past July during my trip there.
When they talk among themselves, the Aggies say the Longhorns are condescending and arrogant. The Horns return the "favor" by simply calling the Aggies "weird." Funny, yet all done in good humor, because of our family ties that run deep.

Have similar family ties to A&M, Texas and TCU and a couple of Texas Tech grads. Went to the 2018 game at Kyle Field. It was loud but have seen DB meter at Death Valley higher! Their PA must have been designed by Owsley "Bear" Stanley (see Grateful Dead)!

Mike Elko grew up in South Brunswick, NJ and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania. TAMU will king him with money. Show Elko the money! LOL He must have recruited some of these mercenaries at TAMU? Jimbo just could'nt coach them up. What a sad situation. This a what Dabo and Clemson are up against.

For whatever reason some people are impressed by all the cornball silliness that happens in the stands and on the sidelines during a game there. But just beyond that, out on the field, the football team is always performing at is inherently mediocre level. The attention that school gets is undue. They’re a joke.
