Probably so, but such an impossible thing to gauge that you can’t predict how they would play. Especially with a much more experienced QB that beat Louisville.
Again, probably. Can’t punish a team for probability or an outcome that doesn’t exist.

This is where I fall. If I were a betting man, I would lean towards AL, but that is entirely subjective. To me the committee ignoring FSU’s objective advantage in SOR and going to this “who would you rather play?” Subjective projection is just wrong.

the CFP, Ohio State would also be in over Washington, and Georgia might be in too. Bama actually might not even get in! #### Oregon would probably STILL be ahead of Washington despite losing to them twice. Oregon was a 10 point favorite in the Pac 12 title game. I can pretty much gaurantee you they would be favored over Washington again right now. Not by 10 again, but probably by at least 5 or 6. Power ratings like Vegas uses don't change dramatically with the result of one game, especially this late in the season, and especially when the game is close.
Anyway, the logic that team A would be favored over team B so team A should be in the playoff doesn't work. That's why the results on the field should be the determining factor.
