while FSU has been punching up every game and coming off two tough loses.
I think they have some pieces and will give us a game, but I’m not sure they are capable of beating us unless we don’t show up.

The environment will be 20x more intense than BC - something like what our opponents experience at DV, and FSU will probably be sharp and give us their best shot. So, if the Clemson offense that showed up in the first half vs. BC shows up for any significant portion of this game, we could find ourselves losing ground that it won't be as easy to make up as it was against BC>

and take control of the game early. A lot of that will depend on whether Streeter/Dabo will be more aggressive with early play calling. Get rid of the bubble screen... all it does is get us behind the sticks. Replace that play with the RB out of the backfield. That's been open all year, but DJU almost refuses to hit the RB in the flat, instead looking downfield. All good, but maybe once in a while, give it to Mafah or Shipley in the flat. Just a suggestion.
If the D-Line plays like it has in the 2nd half of the last two games, it will be over early. If we fall into the trap of letting them "hang around," that could make for a long night. Either way, I think the Tigers prevail by at least two scores.

I agree. I don’t believe that Shipley has caught a pass this season. The emergence of the tight end has helped a lot but we tend to get away from that call.

FSU just looks the part now compared to some of their previous teams. Their receivers are really good and we will need a pass rush to stop them.

FSU's QB is not a good matchup for us....mobile QB's have been a problem for us, historically speaking. Plus, Doak Campbell will be rocking---tough place to play when their bleachers are full.
I think we win, but this one will be closer than I'd like.
