This seems to be in some ways done for clicks.
The fact that Bear Bryant isn’t on the list is wild.
Dabo’s story is still being written. He can really put himself up there on Rushmore.

Bear Bryant belongs on that list. Coach Swinney needs at least 3 more Natties to get there. The next three (3) years are very important for Dabo to gain that notoriety. He has at least 10-11 years to accomplish it in his coaching prime. Kirby Smart is young enough (48) to pile up a few more National Titles.

Dabo believes he can win doing it the right way. If the curve goes back up, he will be proved right. I think there are plenty of student athletes and maybe more,importantly their parents, that like doing things the Dabo way.

Bear Bryant, Tom Osbourne, Bobby Bowden, Eddie Robinson, Bud Wilkinson, Barry Switzer, Joe Paterno (as a football coach) are all strong candidates for such a list. Perhaps a tad early for Dabo, but he is climbing the mountain. GoooooooTigers!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm *so* tired of hearing that Dabo refuses to use the portal. We don't run off players, so we don't have the space for new portal transfers. That's the only reason we haven't taken guys the last couple years. We have people dedicated to the portal, but when people don't leave that could have left, and we go over our 85, it's simple logistics. Ughhh.

With the advent of NIL contracts, the scholarship limit isn't an issue any longer... student athletes can pay for their own tuition with NIL money, making scholarships moot for all college sports.

I love CDS as much as any Clemson fan and after the last couple years probably a more than a lot, but he absolutely has no business being on here in place of Paul "Bear" Bryant. No way in the world should he be on there ahead of him!

decisions in big games like predecessors. Recruiting has been elite at UGA since the 90s. They just couldn't get out of their own way most seasons.
Clemson wasn't a full rebuild either but our recruiting was not adequate for championship level ball like it was when Dabo took over the ship. He also built our football program/facilities/culture from a 6.5 to a 10.
