But with it being televised by the ACCN, this mean that we'll miss all or part of the 1st quarter waiting on whoever to finish a one sided game!!!

I'm sure it will be. I thought with the rules change on clock stoppages this year it would alleviate some of the run over in games. I was wrong. ACCN could do something smart like have the games at noon and four (yes, TV dictates these things now), but that makes way too much sense.

I have no idea who those people are, but at least it's not Beth Mowins.
Also side note - how many unranked teams have a 20+ point spread against P5 teams? How many unranked teams have ever been 2.5 point dogs to a top 5 team? I know rank doesn't matter, but man... some crazy points soreads for an "unranked" team to have against their competition. It feels like we are getting top ten team spreads but don't get the ranking number next to our name. Plus I look at the top 25 and I would put money that we can beat at least half the teams ranked ahead of us and would likely be favorites against everyone outside of the top 15 at the minimum.

Vegas would be 100 times better at ranking teams than any poll in existence. AP is worthless. The sec bias is sickening.

I don't see any team in the polls that Clemson can't beat. Especially Bama &Georgia. I truly believe they would shut out both of them. USC, would be fun to see how good their offense really is, but I don't think there defense would give them a chance. Michigan and Penn State would struggle with our defense because they can't run. None of these teams have a real advantage over Clemson. We have to understand the Critical TOs are an anomaly and are not going to happen every game. Without them Clemson is top 5 and undefeated. Right now no team is absolutely head and shoulders above the rest! Go Tigers!

I like your optimism but think it’s a stretch. I think there are a number of ranked teams that would boat race us this year unfortunately.

1st CFP rankings are on Halloween - if Clemson keeps gaining momentum this month and takes care of business, it would not surprise me if the CFP committee has Clemson in the top 25, even if the "flavor of the week" poll doesn't

The better of the competition that we face, the earlier we get to play, or fit into a noon spot, and the weaker of our competition the later in the day they went us to play. This do appear that they are hoping we will be seen making terrible mistakes against really weaker competition in front of a bigger audience to help prove their agenda that Dabo and Clemson are on a continuous fall back down the mountain....

Sounds like how they treat my dolphins. Never on TV. When they do televise them it's against the world beating Buffalo Bill's ( like this past W/E. ) would have loved to watch them hang 70 on the broncos. That's OK though because if they play like they're capable they won't be able to avoid televising them
