to our offense. RB may be our strongest, most consistent position on O, but man, not many can bring what Etienne brings, and that kind of elite exceptionalism is what we are missing not only at RB, but QB and WR as well. We've had such remarkable talent over the past decade, it feels like we have failed when we don't quite have it.

It wasn't too long ago when it wasn't our strength. Galman was the start, but before him we had some decent but "average" backs for years, while we had studs at Wide Out. ETN was no doubt the diamond in the rough for us, and we had Feaster who was pretty good. So sad how he turned against us then dropped his career off a cliff in Cola... same with Lyn J Dixon. I hate how it all ended for him, I wish I knew the whole story there but he looked real good then when Spiller took over he just... I dunno. I'm happy we have Mafah and I hope Shipley stays another year.
