Actually, I appreciate you posting this. Yeah, maybe misleading but great article. He may go after Monte. Monte still young and embraces analytics. Might not be a bad hire to get his assistant. Go back to old school... But impressive because of recruiting prowess. Then hire assistants that can coach.

I thought that was interesting too that he is replacing older coaches with younger ones that embrace analytics. Those older ones have helped win a lot of games.

I’m just hoping that we find someone that does not have our pitchers looking at a beeper. Dumbest thing and made me feel like our pitchers and catchers were not capable of communication.
