A little bit. A few plays changed the game. But I do think the way the team played, overall, in the playoffs, really resonated in the minds of the recruits. I think it legitimized Clemson in the minds of a lot of folks who may have had some doubts. Facing Bama, even though we lost, probably was the best thing in truly measuring where we are as a program. It kinda reminded me of the value of the Georgia- Clemson game we edged out at the opening a few years back. It was a ton of positive exposure.
A successful year this year would truly be further confirmation and help us in so many ways. I really hope the team reaches its potential.

by most every expert out there.You know, in the same breath as Bama , Ohio State, FSU ,with nothing but PRAISE for the program that Dabo has built . Those same experts are not so kind talking about USuC and Chump.

beaten LSU, Ohio State, and Oklahoma twice in bowl games, need to be "legitimized"? We are already Bona Fide as a national power and national contender.
