Watching the replay, the broadcast quality of the FOX

regional broadcast of yesterday's game was excellent. A few errant comments but overall that was excellent coverage and picture quality IMO. With the new ESPN deal starting in 2013, it will be either ESPN's crew or RayCom from here on out. I wonder who actually produced that game, because I don't think the network has their hand in the regional productions.

I was also impressed with FOX's network coverage of the USC/Stanford game. They've come a long way covering college ball.

have better pic and sound quality than ESPN. ESPN has gotten to where their sound is dull.

FOX is making an effort to take on ESPN in college football.

They started by hiring Erin Andrews, then starting the new FOX gameday type show. They have even started promoting it on the FOX NFL pregame broadcasts.

don't know where this may lead but I would imagine they would be willing to try and get an ACC contratc agreement when the ESPN deal ends.

Yeah Paul Kennedy is a friend who was calling the game. He's a great guy, good commentator as well
