Duke is a great measuring stick. I’d start Spencer tonight and have Thompson close it out. Followed by Cagle tomorrow and Spencer again for game three. Let’s kick some blue Devil boooooty.
I’ll also be watching the baseball game at 6:00! Fully expect a weekend sweep for both! Go Tigers!

If we could win this series, I think it would be huge for our teams moxie moving forward. This team just seems to be lacking something and it shouldn't be talent but they dont seem to be having the same fun in the dugout as previous years.
Oppsite, if we get blown out, this could be devastating for this team. They seem more fragile.

Vieira has really been sloppy behind the plate this year. Defense gifting runs has been a problem.

Duke being a really good team are getting the two out hits and the exploiting every Tiger mistake. Tigers now down 5-0 and nothing going with their bats. Hopefully Coach Jamison is ok after getting hit by the foul ball.

Yeah that first bunt by Duke that was not thrown out should have been a play by the catcher who the closest to the bunted ball.

I get that Duke is good #3 is impressive and we are apparently about to be unranked but that loss to furman and the lady dirt peckers kinda makes me think this team ain’t it. Maybe we will make ncaa somewhere and Cagle will have recovered.

Duke came in as the better team. They made sure to convince our Tigers of that tonight. Basically all their big innings got ignited by Tiger miscues. Oh well, try again tomorrow.
