Grisham as WR coach is the most obvious weak link. Richardson as the passing game coordinator hasn't shown much either.
Spiller seems pretty good coaching guys how to tote the rock, but he needs to do much better with ball security and recruiting. He has yet to bring in an elite guy to take the place of Ship and Phil. The excuse of those two being really good and young scaring recruits off no longer applies.
I don't know if there's a better Defensive staff in college football than what we now have. Conn is probably the worst Defensive coach now. Mukaba's regression is on him, but the emergence of Barnes helps give him some staying power. Wes, Eason, Reed, and now Rumph are about as good as it gets.

The MAIN WR coach at Clemson since 2003 has been Dabo. LOL

Maybe Grisham will be good with a healthy WR corp and the 2 studs coming in. Turner might also shine.

Why don’t you save us all a lot of money and apply for the job. You obviously think you are qualified and would do it for less than $1 million a year I’m sure.

CUEngGrad93...I find it very interesting that the coaches you mentioned as the worst are part of the " Friends & Family Plan " (played with/for or Dabo's best friend). Not saying I don't agree with you. I've always believed that if Clemson doesn't have the long pockets to compete in the NIL world, you have to have a coaching staff that has a proven track record of recruiting and developing players. At this point the coaches you mentioned, as the worst, have not done real well when it comes to recruiting and developing players to the level needed to compete for CFB championship caliber play. Hopefully it's just a matter of time before the AD or BOD steps in to pull the plug on this experiment (Friends & Family Plan for coaching hires) because right now it's just not working in these position groups.
