I would love to get Joe Brady and let him pick his staff/keep who he likes and let him go to work with the talent we have.

I think the only way this happens is if Jeff Scott comes back and I don’t think that is likely.

This guy has had success with QB's at both UCF and Tennessee and could really bring some innovation to our offense that is desperately needed.

Honestly I'd take Chad Morris back. Yeah, he bombed out as a head coach twice but he was always good here as the OC. He'd make a bone headed play call or two a game but it beats a bone headed quarter or two a game that we get now.
Plus, even if he doesn't do much better, at the least his offense is very entertaining to watch.
