Nikki slashed spending and attempted more but was prevented by the legislature. She also pushed tax cuts hard, albeit to the super wealthy.
Yes, Trump cut regulations... but his policies raised the national debt $7.8 trillion. So he canceled out all that deregulation.
Nobody here can make a solid case that Trump was a conservative president.

Trump has never been ‘conservative’ as per the boilerplate of the GWB Republican Party.
Lefties are so absorbed with dealing with their TDS to figure this out.
Trump is essentially an independent who ran as a Republican because he, after the failure of Ross Perot to scale the escarpment of the entrenched infrastructure of the Democrat and Republican parties, recognized that he could only ascend to the presidency as a Democrat or a Republican.
Queen Hillary was anointed as the Democrat nominee; Trump therefore chose the Republican platform as his path for implementing Independent policies.
In summary, your OP subject is a false question.
