all of us Tiger fans are gonna be stoked at some of the exciting matchups in conference play. I'd love to play Mich, Mich St, OSU or Bama, LSU, uga, auburn, etc...

Nope. I don't want to leave the ACC. I do not want E$PN to ruin college football. These conference realignments make no sense, and will ruin college football. Quite a few universities will be left out. That bothers me greatly. We need some sanity restored. Will we be the generation to destroy college football? I hope not. Time for the adults in the room to take control.

There will be 64 Power (3 or 4, maybe 2 -SEC, BIG) teams. All rest going to fall to G5 status for D1 for the Dukes, Wakes, GTs, Memphis, USFs, etc. The Power 2/3/4 will have the big playoffs and the G5 their own playoffs. That is my guess. Every D1 team can't make $100m a year from TV and those that don't will be passed quickly as they make $20-30m annually.

Not so sure I am in that boat. Frankly, becoming increasingly disgusted with the sport. And I have dearly loved it for close to half a century.

Sorry ... I'm going to differ ... I could care less about going to Lansing, or Wisconsin or Iowa or Northwestern or Rutgers or MD (already have done that and wouldn't care to do it again) or Nebraska or Illinois or Purdue or Indiana --- ESPECIALLY IN THE LATE FALL --- and as for Michigan, OH St or Penn St. I can go once for the experience but otherwise I'm just as good seeing them in the playoff. I would ad USC in that category as well.
But IF we are going to HAVE to move - which is probable ... I can much more stand a game against a stinky Vandy in Nashville then going to NWestern or Kentucky with a trip to Keeneland, etc instead of Indiana --- And on the plus side instead of the 4 B1G matchups that are palatable we would line up Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, TX A&M, Ole Miss (the Grove 😎), Bama, Auburn, LSU & UGA --- Arkansas, Missouri --- meh ... but do the math ... would much rather be in SEC IF we HAVE to go somewhere.
Also, a lot of pundits saying it wouldn't help recruiting, again going to beg to differ ... those kids we pull out of GA, NC, AL and expecially FL are going to get hit with why play against an inferior conference so far from home, where the family may not be able to get to. Actually would think staying here would be much better for recruiting than going to the B1G.
