Who Has The Power Of Authority On The NFL Uniforms? ----

How in the world did it ever get decided that the home team gets to wear their white road uniforms at home and the visiting team has to wear their home uniforms in a game that there the visiting team? Some colleges do this crap too. Its kind of stupid to think its a major advantage because you still have to play the dag on game.

If you're the home team ..you should wear your home uniform.

Away uni's are usually white or a lighter colored combination.

What do you and teams got against darker colored home uniforms if thats the official team's colors in the first place?

White has always been home uniform for Dallas,

Dolphins and few other teams have started wearing white at home.

It has nothing to do with the weather for Dallas....which I never understood Dallas's reason...because they basically play in a dome.

GT got gold jerseys somewhere. LSU has those purple ones and play mostly night games. Carolina Panthers has the light blue ones as well as the Chargers and Titans. The Redskins may have to add an alternative.

Because a good part of the beginning of football season it's rather warm....

It is known that you're NOT suppose to wear dark colors when it's hot....

Give the advantage to the home team..... (they get to choose what they wear) HTH....

The home teams uniform is whatever they want it to be. That's the advantage of being the home team. They tell the visitor what uniforms they're wearing, and the visitor has to wear the opposite.

Redskins use to wear white, Cowboys wear white, always have at home. Panthers do or did, Cardinals do I think. It is up to the home team..
