Eric Swalwell testifies: DJT called for peaceful J6 protest
3

FYI, in the Trump / Colorado suit in which CO is attempting to keep Trump off the Colorado ballot for ‘insurrection’ activities, Eric Swalwell was apparently made to testify.
In court and under oath, he reviewed Trump’s speeches and Twitter messages, and chose to admit in court the obvious:
Trump had repeatedly called for the protests on J6 to be peaceful, and to be courteous of the police.
This testimony by Swalwell was in direct contradiction to his innumerable lies about Trump inctung violence. Included in the Swalwell flotilla of lies was his activity in the House Select Committee of J6, in which no witnesses or speakers were sworn in.
(*). Another wheel of the J6 FedSurrection is coming off.
(?). How long will it take for TNet’s lefties to admit that many of the J6 protesters have been illegally incarcerated simply for creating political advantage for the Democrat politicians and the establishment Republican never-Trumpers?
(?). Are the morals of TNet’s lefties so rotten that, in the morality of lefties, it is perfectly OK to incarcerate citizens via illicit convictions and unjustifiably harsh sentences on the basis of denying exculpatory evidence to defense counsel?

Donald absolutely tried to overthrow the government. He started a riot as cover full of mostly useful idiots, lit a match...and under cover of that, the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys went in as they had planned.
They were absolutely going to murder any Congressman they could get their hands on. And that was the plan too. It didn't "get out of hand". Trump just whiffed and Mike Pence stood his ground and the whole thing folded.
Unless you have some other explanation for what Trump's little gnome Roger Stone was doing hanging with the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers. Roger is a street-level political fixer who has done the shady stuff forever - as in, literally back to Nixon - and he does not work for free.

That's exactly what the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys are on tape and on text chains saying they were going to do. Which is exactly why so many of them went down for Seditious Conspiracy and are getting 15-20 year sentences.
And hey, there's Roger right there in the middle of them the very day it went down. You know, the guy who got 40 months for being the go-between between Russian intelligence and Julian Assange at WikiLeaks...but who wouldn't roll on Trump and was subsequently pardoned. That dude he's sitting beside on the golf cart pled guilty to Seditious Conspiracy himself.
I'm sure Roger was just a bystander. Even though he's a (highly paid) political fixer who has made a long and incredibly colorful living putting bad people together with politicians up to no good.

found guilty of seditious conspiracy were attempting murder and not stopping or delaying the execution of law? And you know this because they had texts outlining the plans to murder.
Then on the other hand, Trump is guilty because he said the exact opposite to the crowd but “you know what he really meant for them to do.”
Lol. Wow!

Where Are The Indictments For Insurrection ? ? ?
Answer: There are no indictments against Trump for insurrection because all of the Federal Govt’s prosecutors and all the Federal govt’s judges cannot conjure up an insurrection charge against Trump. Rest assured, they have tried. It just isn’t there. Nothing close to being there.

He’s been indicted for all other kinds of stuff.
The entire resources of the Federal government and many resources from State governments are on the ‘get Trump’ case; why don’t they indict Trump for insurrection or sedition?
You know the answer, but your pride in a confused belief system will not allow you to acknowledge the answer.
Swalwell’s testimony unravels the entire ‘Trump committed insurrection by encouraging violence on J6’ narrative.

Some questions for you because I don't know the first thing about this story.
1) Eric Swalwell was "apparently made to testify"? Was he under duress? Was there a subpoena?
2) He reviewed Trump's tweets? That's not testifying. Do you have a transcript or video or anything?
3) Whatever the real story is, it doesn't sound like the wheels are coming off of anything. Which case will this have an impact on and why?

State of Colorado had called Swalwell as a witness for the prosecution.
The Colorado indictment has no legal standing because there is no basis for their ‘purge from the State of CO ballot / 14th Amendment’ assertion, e.g., Trump incited an insurrection.
Trump has not even been indicted, much less convicted, of insurrection.
State of Colorado, in the practice typical of leftists (including TNet’s leftists) makes up definitions in order to serve their personal / political agendas.
Government and the judiciary in the State of Colorado is packed with leftists. They see political career ascendancy by prosecuting Trump. Facts don’t matter to them. Rather than indict Trump for insurrection (what’s stopping them?), they just call him an insurrectionist despite the lack of legal foundation to do so.
Of course, to America’s Stalinists, laws and words are defined as what they need to be at any given instance, according to what predetermined outcome is desired by the Comintern. Those laws and words are then arbitrarily redefined, according to the whims of the Comintern, to fulfill the objectives of a future case.
Sounds great, doesn’t it?

WTMA (local Charleston AM radio) that basically outlined what was going to happen. He didn't name a date, and I'm not sure how he knew the list of events, but he basically spelled out how Trump was trying to start a civil war, insight martial law, and put off the election results indefinitely. In the end, we find out that was his goal all along.
WTMA being the alt right talk station it is, that guy got axed on Dec 31, and some other talking head took his spot. I wish I could remember his name and look to see what his opinions were after being right. The irony was the first time I heard him I thought he was Al Franken, because he sounded a lot like him.

Such a compelling argument.
Why, then, has neither the federal govt nor any state government attempted to indict Trump for insurrection? There are endless resources in the federal government to do this. Also, at least according to TNet’s leftists, the govt’s prosecution is brilliant and Trump’s lawyers are stupid. What is keeping the seething govt prosecutors from indicting Trump for insurrection?
You know the answer.
