People get out of marriages every day. We can divorce the ACC. It may be messy, as are many divorces, but we will get custody of the GOR rights.

Maybe make some connections on the kickback Swoffy gave his son at Jefferson Pilot . But in the end Clemson shouldn’t have went for it in the first place

The real question is why would any school sign that contract? Why did the AD, BOT and President of the colleges allow this to happen.
There are some feet that need to be held to the fire.
