You can't make this stuff up. I was driving home from my

monthly Pain Management Doc's appointment just now. I was listening to Coot sports radio, as there is no Clemson sports radio station around Orangeburg, and I love sports talk radio. There was a commercial on, obviously an NIL deal one, featuring USuk's punter, Kyle somebody. He was advertising KY-bota tractors and zero turn mowers. On and on about how great they are, and it ended with "Kubota, the only orange I'll ever love."

I was just passing a commercial office on my right, that had a large grass lawn, and, there was a guy, standing there obviously pissed off, just kicking the h.ell out of the back tire, over and over again, of...you guessed it, a zero turn Kubota lawn mower.

:)

the Coot in that commercial has never even parked his a$$ on one let alone actually operated it.

Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.

One more reason to love "Orange"

I have a ZD28 72" that turns 21yo this year. Rode hard, looks like crap, mows great. Right transaxle went out last year, time for a new mower. New cost $22k, not gonna happen. Ordered a new transaxle from Kubota for $1800, mowing again like a pro.

monter le cheval de fer
A coot will usually blink when hit in the head with a ball-peen hammer

I have 2 diesel Kubota tractors and a diesel UTV and they all get a workout. I do the routine maintenance myself. The parts are a little expensive but what's not these days. If I ca find them, I will buy aftermarket parts for non-critical applications.

The tractors came with the farm when I bought it and to this point no major issues. One tractor is 24 yo, the other one 17 yo and the UTV is a baby at 3 yo.

I would hope the radio around Orangeburg would be promoting Husqvarna - sad twisted world we live in. Never thought I would miss Orangeburg, but I have fond memories and there are plenty of gems if you know what and where to look for them.

Yea I would have LMAO about also, it's hard imagining what they are thinking about bc kicking a piece of machinery is about the stupidest thing a person can do while risking injury to themselves and ruining their footware, dumb the dumb dumb D U M B!!!! He should have gotten a zero turn Troybult. I've had mine about 12 years and only replaced the starter and several batteries, and the 2 rear tires. It has been worth every dime I paid for it, but I do take really good care of it by changing the oil and filter every summer, and I clean it up once I finish using it....

A Kubota must be really good for vacuuming up the trash in the front yard…….I can’t think of any other reason a coot would need one.

I’ll stick with my Ferris CAT diesel powered zero turn. 2009 and looks/runs like new. With a suspension system. Saves fuel and through in half the time as my Hustler! My back loves it.
