I think this is a group that has a lot of different swkill sets and they bring a lot of diversity as to what they do that is special. I see this as a nightmare for a DC to game plan for. Too much talent with too many options to plan for. I hope I'm right, and I love it. It will be pick your poison all over the field, IMO.

The one who would play for me is the one who blocks the best. If you can't pick up the blitz, you're on the bench. Especially if they all are as talented as elliot says they are.

Perfect point...running the ball is only half the job.

I'd hate to sit a Hershel Walker or a Sammy Watkins because he wasn't the best blocker.

My understanding is that both of those guys were ferocious blockers. Sammy was, I believe, a gym rat who put on about 15 pounds prior to his junior year, and would separate you from your head when it came to blocking. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Not my point at all. I was saying, what if they were not good blockers? They still would have lit it up on offense, and if a coach didn't play them just because they weren't the best blocker, then he would have missed out on legends.

I agree totally, which is why I really hope that these guys hit the weight room big-time and put on 10 to 15 pounds of muscle. Gallman's HS coach said he should play at 220. Great potential all around.

I don't necessarily disagree, but some may have very special talents that aren't about blocking. Use each where he fits best to help us win is my wish.

Right now I'd pick Tyshon Dye as the leader, but Gallman at 220 would be force of nature. The sleeper may be CJ Fuller with the size and speed he has. I'm happy with any of these three. If the Ol can come through, we could have a decent running game. I honestly don't know about TE, but we seem in good shape at WR. Pray that DW stays healthy.

I wish Feaster was already on campus

I know we already have some really good backs but none of them are Feaster. Watson, Feaster, Mcloud, Cain, Scott, Williams, plus some of the RBs we already have will be alot for a defense to handle. I know that will most likely be our line up for 2016 but i think Watson will only be with Feaster for one year because he will most likely leave for the NFL after his junior season

I wouldn't necessarily say he's leaving for the NFL after junior year quite yet. He has a lot left to prove and accomplish first before he gets the chance to make that decision, but he's also in recent interviews discussed how important he and his mom are viewing getting the degree so he could end up choosing to be a 4 year player.

Man I hope so. And it's a big leap from HS to a program like Clemson's. He may need a year to get big and strong enough to play at Clemson. With all his accolades, he has yet to do anything at a collegiate level. Also, he's going to be competing with some backs that will likely be bigger and stronger by then. Again, look out for Fuller.

I think Waston has stressed how important it is for him to obtain his degree. I see him sticking around for his senior season.

Yeah, I wish Feaster was here, but believe we have 3 backs with pretty good potential. Also, as good as Feaster is, he need to put on about 15 pounds. In addition, I think our OL is a year away from being really good. I'm okay with waiting for him until next year. Frankly, I think Fuller will have broken out by then.
