Youtube TV seems to be the general consensus.
It appears this ACC Network issue is bring them a ton of new business this August.
It provides all of the sports channels that you are looking for.
It misses a few of the casual entertainment channels but those can be added cheap through Philo if you really need them.

What about all of the out-of-market foxsports channels?

i don't think any of them have out-of-market Fox channels in a normal package. I have the local Fox sports channels (FS1, FS2, FSNOLA, etc) so I'm good.

PS VUE has the ACCN and more sports channels than either but it is about $10 more a month.

You'll probably need to look at both to see which fits your needs the best. I looked at all of the TV streaming services and thought YouTube TV was the best for me.
YouTube TV has more local channels than the others and more streams(3) than the 2 provided by Hulu Live.

I have tried both over the last week and went with hulu. Both have pros and cons so whatever fits your needs. I personally liked the interface better and the ability to have unlimited streams at the house since my wife, two kids, and myself are all typically watching different things at the same time. Also, more options to view with my smart TVs and fire sticks for the “dumb” TVs. Hope this helps.

Beware Hulu TV

DVR does not let you fast forward through commercials of recorded shows. That is a "feature" that costs $10 a month.
There are free trials on both, I'd recommend you do that.

Except for not having a last channel button, YTTV is the choice for me. I guess i'll be dumping Spectrum becasue they refuse to add ACCN to my legacy plan.

BTW, Hulu is owned by Disney, which owns ESPN.
