Maybe we should simply enjoy having a really good team instead of planning when we should be disappointed if we don’t make some arbitrary goal which BTW we have only done 3-4 times in our entire history.
Some fans are so focused on the destination they forget to enjoy the journey

I'm just going to hope this is the year Lucy doesn't yank that football away!
Last year I got all excited when we started out 7-0 in ACC play and beat Duke. I tried to ignore the losses to SCAR and Loyola-Chicago. Started planning my March schedule.
And then reality set in.
I hope we keep building on the success so far. But history has taught me to not get too excited about the future, especially under CBB. Seems like under CBB, defeat too often gets snatched from the jaws of victory.
I have to say that this year, more than any other in recent memory is exciting. No losses to really bad teams so far. So far, not a lot of blunders like calling timeout we don't have, or putting 6 men on the floor. Only one or two really long scoring droughts, but those did not cost a game.
This is certainly the best TEAM (roster) I've seen under CBB. Let's all hope he's turned the corner--finally.

If the tournament was held tomorrow, the answer would be yes, but its not so we will just have to wait and see. Hopefully the team continues to improve untill then. And no one can deny the fight in these kids. The never give up attitude and mentality is what separates this team from recent past Clemson teams.

Certainly is, Girard was solid add, PJ playing his best ball, and Schliefflin is a beast.
Hopefully chase can step up as he hasn’t looked great lately.

We are almost already secured a tournament spot as long as we don’t completely collapse. We could probably have a losing ACC record and still make it thanks to the strength of our metrics so far.
Obviously we want to push on and do better than that this year though
