Just winning the acc?? If a coach is making elite money he have should have elite results and not just living off what he did in the past......

Look up the history of College Football Champions and you see the folly of your idea. Money has zero to do with winning a Championship, great players does.

Some may not ever like the way they look....but because they may be afraid to be alone they stick with that person because they're nice.
Why not have any regrets about anything and be happy with everything......or..... know what is going to make you happy but make sure you are everything that makes them happy too.

Or, people who live vicariously through a sports team and take all of their self worth through that team being perfect. And when the team isn't perfect it reminds them of their less than perfect self.
For me, I put a lot of trust in a coach who has the put up the record that Dabo has at Clemson. I trust that he knows where the team's deficiencies are and will fill them.

The last 3 seasons (2020-2022) we are 2-5 against OOC Power5 teams……….ONE of those losses was in the CFP………………….the prior 3 seasons (2017-2019) we were 9-2 against OOC Power5 teams BOTH losses in the CFP.
you can't base our success SOLEY on how we're doing against ACC competition. We've fallen off drastically and it's blatantly obvious once you get your head out of the sand.

The 4 teams playing the 2 CFP games yesterday … light years of a difference, and we need to greatly improve to get to their level offensively. I do not think we have the coaches (OC, WR, etc.) to get there. If “competing” for an ACC and a 10-2, 9-3 season is acceptable, leave things as they are ..sadly, we’re not even the best team in our State this year (we are but lost to them). A new year, lets see what changes are made, if any.

I agree with you. A lot of these T Netters in my opinion either really believe we’re still what we were, or they’re just in denial and believe we aren’t. But the truth is we don’t play as well as we used to. Yes we got to Orange Bowl this year, but we didn’t dominate at all this year. What we were is just the best ACC team. I too want we ALL really want, to be as good as we’re supposed to be with Dabo.
