Yep, and kinda how Dabo played it under the circumstances we had with illness. Same principal, do what you got to do to win. Score matters not.

the best worst choice. Committee could just say hey, FSU's in even though the majority believes theyre the fifth (or worse) best team. But they're an undefeated conference champ. They won em all. So theyre in.
They'll get embarrassed. But theyre in.

Which makes all the ACC homers happy.

Or they pop Texas in. Which makes all the Texas homers like me happy.

Or UGA ... which yada yada.

It's why the thing always brings controversy - five conferemce champs, four spots.

FSU did not play a 5-6 SEC team. Clemson had its QB, but not all of its WR's. The top tier CFP teams represent a bigger challenge. TV is not looking for a defensive game.
