Firing a coordinator mid-season can change the flow of upcoming games.

Coordinators call plays and control the meeting and planning for half of the team.

Firing position coaches mid-season does nothing to improve the team.

Players won't develop better by not having a position coach.

Also there is no reason to get out in front of the market for position coaches like there could be for a coordinator or head coach.

It would help nothing to fire a position coach right now.
