I would say Lacrosse has a tiny edge over softball but I feel like the schedule has worked against softball and once they get into a routine and out of the tournament format they will come around

While I really hope you're right, softball doesn't have the right pieces. Like lacrosse, we spent money, huge support, shocked the softball world with our insta success. Built up huge equity, but we obviously didn't use that equity to address glaring weaknesses. We pretty much have the same players in the line-up for 3 years running. Our recruiting and development is lacking.

Since your example, the baseball team, has not been to Omaha or won a regional, since 2010 they are not even close. I will go with the men's soccer team as our best team.
