I could be mistaking bc of my DOB, but I don't think that I've ever heard of such a thing. I mean, do kickers come as a 5* talent?

I think kickers get a different evaluation and rating scale. I think I was about a half star coming out of high-school.

I believe you are right. These ratings are from kicking services. There is no rating for him on Rivals or 24/7.

Clemson could be considered an immediate favorite to land Hauser. His sister, Ella, currently plays soccer for the Tigers. His father, Scott, played baseball at Clemson. His mother, Sheri, played soccer at Clemson and became the program's all-time leader in assists.
Over his career at Hough, Hauser has connected on 51 out of 61 field goal attempts and 154 out of 159 extra point attempts. He hasn't missed an extra point this season.
