If they do join, then NC State will come along with them. Just like when UVA makes a move, VaTech will come along.

NC State may change their mind (vote) at any time so you can't count on them for anything!

Tobacco Road governed the ACC for decades. UNC represents the most influential member of the ACC "establishment".

UNC signaling they want to leave would be a devastating blow to the conference's legitimacy and would signal the end is very near.

I hope so...Nancy State was the one that backed out and let
Cal, Stanford and SMU in. I don't like UNC but between them
and nancy state I'll take them for their guts to not back out.
