When folks talk about PJ as being one of the greatest to play at Clemson, I watch these other teams and it shows that tbe answer to that is No. He added a weapon to the Tigers that they haven't had in a long time, but he was a role player. I just watched true leaders put up 40 and 36 in tbe Tennessee/Purdue game. What PJ lacked was the ability to completely take over a game. He was a tweener. Power Forwar/Center, but those types are a dime a dozen. I am thankful for him and the way he has represented Clemson, but he was only a piece to this run. Hunter actually made the engine go in tbe tournament. He led us. If we were to take a vote, most would rather have him back fir another year instead of PJ. Just random Sunday afternoon thoughts

I don't mind praising other players around the country. Do we have to diminish one of our own while doing it?

Look we live in a results driven society. DW4 was better than Trevor, Wilkins was better than Reader, Vic Beasley better than Lawson.... it is what we do. Unless the great Clemson Tigers are becoming an everybody gets a trophy school. It is my opinion and on a public message board it's allowed. Have a good day gentlemen.

DW4 being better than Trevor is very debatable

His best was better but he was far less consistent and his lows were so much lower. DW4 turned the football over ALOT, Trevor did not.

geez, not to turn this post around onto another argument, but I don’t think that’s debatable at all… Trevor‘s freshman year was great. They both had a sophomore slump-ish type of year but I still think the talent gap is huge I would never and I mean every many years diminished Trevor or what he did but I would also never in 1 million years take him back over Watson.

Fall behind in a game and need a qb to bring your team back...... Not even close! DW4 could rally. Trevor was more of a front runner. Dw4 was Farve like.
