Many ACC teams failed to invest in their football programs to the detriment of ACC teams who do. ACC not a power 5 conference per the CFP committee.

Just the week before,Bama needed a Hail Mary to beat a crappy team that had just lost to New Mexico State.


At 13-0,P5 Conference Champ, they earned the right to there UNLESS, all 5 P5 Conference Champs were 13-0

This season there were 5 power conferences, just like in the past. Should the Big12 sue when they got left out? Should the Pac12 sue when they got left out.

The title is Power 5 (5 is important), but there are only 4 CFP spots this year. Someone was going to get left out.

Two of those other Power Five conference champs had one loss. FSU was 13-0. One of them should have been left out in favor of an undefeated team, as has happened every year before this one.
